When I decided
to move back to Bangalore, I was apprehensive. I and my parents were doubtful
about finding a new place in Bangalore. We all know how crowded this city is
and how difficult it gets to find a good new home.
Until I came
across the Mantri group. The project that took all my attention was their
ongoing project, Mantri Webcity, which coincidentally gets finished around the
same time me and my family planned to move back.
Its location is
perfect as it is placed in a well connected location in terms of daily visit
places.

are like none other. The extravagant outdoor

at extra cost, an exclusive network of cable TV that will be provided with a
centralized room at monthly charges, a Group Centrex facility provided with
cabling done up for each flat, intercom facility from each apartment to
security room, club house and other apartments, facilities to receive direct
incoming calls as well as outside local calls as well as
dial outside LOCAL/ STD/ISD calls will be provided, Cellular Phone boosters
will be provided in lift well and inside the towers for better mobile phone
connectivity, a back-up generator-100% D.G. power back-up at extra cost, stand by generator for
lighting in common areas, lifts and pumps
and common toilets for Servants / Drivers.
Our security will be well taken care of with trained security
personnel will patrol the project round the clock, CCTV cameras will be installed at security
gates to verify visitors, entry to the building restricted through Access Control Doors and entry of vehicles to the
project will be controlled with boom barriers and security screening for
visitors.
If not here, I cannot imagine living somewhere else in
